Growth Marketing Manager

Job summary

My client is looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to grow the company's corporate audience. You will be working alongside Head of Partnerships to support the company's customer acquisition funnel.

You will design and implement data-driven growth initiatives, refining messaging content and collateral for a corporate audience.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent event manager and copywriter and have worked with freelance designers and inhouse content and digital marketeers.

Location: Hybrid role with occasional travel to our office in Hayes, West London or Brighton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project manage BD/Marketing, lead generation events: venue sourcing, catering, staff resourcing, as well as supporting attendee recruitment and speaker acquisition
• Develop marketing collateral from programme briefs, interpreting, clarifying and using initiative to develop copy and design of documents through a consultative process
• Working alongside Head of Partnerships,support activities across all stages of the customer experience: customer acquisition, activation, retention, and up-selling.
• Develop bi-monthly newsletters with the aim of establishing my client as a thought leader in innovation, sustainability and collaboration, as well as creating conversation and community.
• Compile performance reports to brief the wider team on marketing initiatives and provide recommendations on improvement strategies

Skills and Experience:

• Marketing strategy and planning, working to company KPIs
• Content creation and copy writing
• Client acquisition and retention strategies, from awareness to conversion to repeat business
• Event Management
• Stakeholder management: internal departments, freelancers and partners
