Given the continued growth of the loan book, a need has arsien for an indivudal to join the team and manage the current portfolio of transactions.
You will be responsible for providing support to the Relationship Managers within the Property Finance team. This involves undertaking due diligence on clients and loan facilities to ensure that the Bank's money laundering requirements are met and to ensure that all internal credit controls and procedures are adhered to, administration of the overall loan portfolio for the team, including ensuring that all payments are made, where required, in line with the Bank's procedures and maintain loan facility records, ensuring the information held is accurate and up to date.

The ideal candidate will currently be working in a Property Finance team and have "hands on" experience of managing Residential Development Finance transactions.

Main responsibilities include:
- Operate within the Banks controls and risk management procedures.
- Liaise with the Banks Operations, Treasury, Finance, Credit Department and Compliance teams as required.
- To create & maintain client loan account records.
- To monitor limit & expiry reports.
- To obtain client references where required.
- To instruct the Bank's professionals (including solicitors, surveyors and quantity surveyors) and ensure that all reports received are satisfactory.
- Liaise with Relationship Manager to discuss contents and suitability of all such reports and liaise with the Bank's Credit Department.
- Check and release payments, both for initial drawdowns of loans and subsequent interim certificates from quantity surveyors.
- Monitor all loan & professional panel insurance requirements and maintain a diary system to ensure renewal of policies.
- To deal with partial and full loan redemptions, in conjunction with the Bank's solicitors.
- To deal with loan extensions, in conjunction with the Relationship Managers.
- To undertake annual loan reviews.
