The junior CRM data steward will work closely with stakeholders from data governance, IR, marketing team, business change and services and investment team to improve the quality and completeness of the company's key data assets held within the firms CRM and other platforms.

The Junior CRM data steward will work methodically to complete required tasks with a high degree of focus on accuracy and attention to detail. The CRM steward will work proactively with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and will always strive to ensure processes are efficient by making recommendations for improvements. The steward will proactively escalate issues to relevant stakeholders and ensure any issues logged, tracked and successfully resolved.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Execution of daily, weekly, monthly data related tasks and procedures.
  • Regular data quality checks such as naming standards and record completeness.
  • Maintenance of hierarchies and static data for accounts
  • Historic data cleaning and enrichment activity
  • Investigating stale data and remedying, as required
  • The reconciliation of data between multiple systems of record
  • Assist in the production of complex reporting requirements.
  • General data entry

Essential Experience:
  • Good understanding of the data lifecycle i.e., data capture, update, usage, data lineage etc
  • Good skills in using Excel

Desirable Experience:
  • Previous knowledge of a CRM system, ideally Salesforce
  • Basic knowledge of GDPR
