Our client, an international multi asset investment manager based in the City of London is creating a dedicated Manager Research team to support Front Office.
A newly created role exists for an experienced Fund Manager Research Analyst to assume responsibility for Equity and Alternative investments.
This is an opportune time to join this dynamic and fast growing asset manager with a new CIO appointed in 2022 exciting ambition plans are being executed. Creating a Fund Manager Research function situated in front office, is top priority and represents opportunities for the successful candidate to help develop the team structure as well as research processes which will best support the Investment Management team.
Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will be utilised to build relationships with the investment team. As a senior member of the team, you will work alongside a newly created team of research analysts ensuring best in class performance.
Experienced Manager Research Analysts will demonstrate strong equity experience and exposure to alternative investments to provide recommendations & idea generation. Candidates will demonstrate a true passion for fund manager research and will have extensive knowledge of the funds universe, across product structures and asset classes. In particular you will have strong equity experience and some exposure to alternatives.
Your understanding of sustainable and ESG research processes will also be utilised in this role. To be considered candidates will be degree educated and will demonstrate strong Fund Manager Research experience. In addition, prior fund analysis system experience of Style Analytics, Morningstar & FactSet would be advantageous.
