We're seeking a future team member for the role of EMEA Pitch Team Lead Analyst to join our Global Distribution team. This role is located in London- this would be a HYBRID role with 2-3 days in the office per week.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
The primary purpose of this position is to support the IM EMEA sales teams achieve their sales targets by delivering business winning pitch documents.
The successful candidate will work with the IM EMEA Sales Teams and colleagues in various operational roles to ensure consistent and appropriate messaging in standard and bespoke documents.
Continue to enhance standard RFP documents as you become aware of new questions.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the IM EMEA Sales teams.
• To complete bespoke RFPs and DDQs that are submitted by IM EMEA Sales teams.
• Adhere to 15 working day turnaround time and accommodate, where possible, shorter dated requests.
• Prioritise as appropriate when workflow is greater than capability to complete
• Demonstrating high levels of accuracy and excellent standards of written English and grammar.
• Delivering an RFP success rate at the agreed level

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent standard of written English and grammar
• Excellent attention to detail
• A strong team player and self-motivated
• Ability to work effectively to tight deadlines
• Capable of exercising sound judgement and good decision-making
• Good organisational skills and self-discipline in managing priorities
• Three to five years' experience of investment management
• Prior experience working within the financial services industry, particularly within an asset management firm or fund service provider
• Intermediate ability on desktop applications such as Microsoft Office required

Qualifications:

• Degree level preferred but not essential
• IMC preferred but not essential
