As a Senior Contracts Manager at Onfido you will:
    • Negotiating and assisting on commercial deals across all geographies and deal sizes
    • Managing and update our B2B customer, partner and supplier templates
    • Providing guidance to the business on all legal processes and resources, including running our highly-praised training programmes for new Sales members and appointed "Legal Champions"
    • Building a strong rapport and working relationship with our RevOps and Renewals teams to improve the way we forecast workload and capacity requirements
    • Strategising closely with the Legal Operations Manager on contract automation matters
    • Managing and structuring the relationship with our outsourced legal vendor for NDA reviews
    • Providing support for ongoing and ad-hoc legal projects such as supplier audits, new product launches and Onfido's IP portfolio
    • Be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks within the Legal team
We're looking for a Senior Contracts Manager who can display the below skills & experience throughout our interview process:
    • 2+ years' experience as a paralegal or contracts manager, with at least 1 year in-house
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Solid commercial contract experience (including drafting and negotiating)
    • Adept at managing a varied workload with competing deadlines
    • Strong team player and can-do approach
    • Great at building relationships with internal stakeholders and managing expectations
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic business
    • Familiar with contract management tools and skilled in MS Office and/or Google Suite
Desirable:
    • Postgraduate law qualification (LPC or equivalent)
    • Prior experience or interest in developing legal operations skills
    • Prior experience within a high-growth technology company
