About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Manager of CIB Markets Documentation Platforms to be (i) the owner of the documentation status and terms tracking system for the negotiated agreements supporting the trading businesses within CIB-Markets, (ii) owner of the workflow for netting determinations, (iii) lead architect for documentation generation implementation for negotiated agreements, and (iv) a strategic leader of documentation related systems and front-office onboarding workflows.

In this role, you will:
  • Act as the application owner of system for the tracking and digitization of terms for Qualified Financial Contracts
  • Act as the application owner of PEGA based workflow solution for netting eligibility determination involving the Negotiation Team, Legal and Credit/Risk
  • Oversee design and implementation of requirements for primary document application and netting workflow systems
  • Partner with Enterprise implementation teams for document generation and approval workflow solution including driving requirements and managing the implementation for the New Business Management team
  • Track and set budgets with Technology, Enterprise and CIB Project Management teams
  • Assist with setting strategy and solution identification for front-end workflow technology for front-office onboarding functions
  • Work closely with managers within New Business Management to identify technology solutions for key pain points
  • Work with reporting team to enhance current Tableau and other reporting
  • Lead prioritization of technology initiatives for the New Business Management team and drive accountability for successful completion of initiatives
Required Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of (i) ISDA Master Agreements and other trading agreements, (ii) netting assessment processes and (iii) industry technology solutions in these segments
  • Proved in Business Execution in the Capital Markets and Investment space
  • Experience leading and designing end to end technical solutions
  • Experience presenting complex material in a digestible, consumable manner to all levels of management
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate across departments to gather requirements and build successful relationships
  • Knowledge of Tableau reports and dashboards
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy and effective organizational and relationship management skills
