As a Barclays Court Orders Team Trainer this is an exciting opportunity where you'll play a key role in aiding the operation with their short- and long-term training requirements, this will include creating new training where required and adapting current training in line with changes to policy and / or procedures as well as training in answer to change using various delivery methods. This will be the ideal role for you if are a highly skilled trainer with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Hybrid Working
We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. We're flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances

What will you be doing?
• Being solely accountable for the induction and accreditation of all new joiners into the operation including line management duties (where applicable)
• Providing ongoing support with addressing knowledge gaps based on policy, procedural or system within the team and delivering training alongside Team Managers
• Managing cross-skilling and knowledge sharing across the team
• Uniting with Team Managers and Senior Leaders to ensure all activity is delivered in accordance with processes, procedures, and the control framework in place
• Collating and reporting training and performance MI at weekly/monthly senior stakeholder meetings
What we're looking for:
• Must hold an Industry recognised training / Trainer the Trainer qualification and experience of using digital platforms to create online, interactive training materials
• Outstanding communicator with the confidence and patience to deliver face to face instructor led training across multiple skill sets and grades
• Significant experience in the training cycle, including training needs analysis, training design and delivery across a multi-site, and preferably a multi-cultural, organisation
• Extensive PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills to aid with the delivery of training, evidencing and tracking of performance
Skills that will help you in the role:
• A good knowledge of the Court orders process and how it impacts financial institutions
• To have, or the ability to develop, an excellent knowledge of relevant systems that are utilised by the team when servicing a court order

Northampton was the birthplace of Barclaycard in 1966 and we've been based in Pavilion Drive since the building opened in 1997. We purchased the building from the landlord in early 2018 as a sign of our commitment to investment in Northampton. Plans to further develop this Campus-style location are under way to allow for a real collaborative work environment. Based just off the A45 it is easily accessible by both car and bus routes.
