A global real estate investment and development company are seeking a value add Asset Manager to join their Student Housing team, based in Central London.

The role will focus on driving the organic growth of assets within the portfolio, including formulating and executing asset management plans and marketing strategies to optimise income and value.

Key asset management responsibilities include:
  • Working with the assets managers on the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting exercises for UK assets.
  • Preparing presentations to the senior management teams on budget tracking, forecasts, variances, and ad hoc queries.
  • Conducting monthly variance analysis of financial performance of assets and portfolio.
  • Preparing, or assisting senior asset managers in the preparation of, monthly property and finance reports for submission to senior management;
  • Gathering and analyzing property / portfolio statistics such as rental rates and occupancy.
  • Assisting senior asset managers in the financial analysis of capital expenditure feasibility or any other projects, and subsequent execution of capital expenditure initiative or projects including obtaining internal approval and appointing external parties.

The role will be based from their office in Central London 3 days a week with the ability to work from home 2 days a week.
