Your skills and experience
- Hands on development experience with multiple automation tools (Blue Prism/Power Platform/Automation Anywhere/Camunda/Power Platform, etc.)
- Experience with Low Code/No Code tools and organizational Citizen Development upskilling
- Target Operating Model Design
- Relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry, preferably prior roles in Technology and/or Operations
- University degree or equivalent experience
- They need a front to back change professional with knowledge of investment banking
- They want to build AI practice around billings within operations
- Workflow / reporting automation
- RPA Development experience is key
- Someone who with engineering experience would be great especially if they have supported ops (has a knowledge of operations )
- Experience within a COE for RPA would be great
- Build out a AI Capability from the ground out with a focus on RPA
- Proven portfolio
- Working with power platform
- Similar experience within MI reporting domain
- Tableau and Ultrix
- Blue prism RPI
- Demonstrating experience with financial services in banking operations, technology background is fine, demonstratable interactions.
