Graduate - Asset Management

Hays are recruiting for an analytical and financial/ mathematical graduate to join a leading Asset Manager as part of their client data team

You will join a team who are responsible for monitoring the liquidity of each of the fund manager portfolios. Other duties will include

• Managing the Liquidity Solutions mailbox in coordination with the Client Service team
• Helping the Sales team to release Liquidity Solutions specific reports, such as:
  o Weekly holdings report
  o Monthly holdings report
  o Monthly update of fund range
  o Monthly fund profile
  o Update Sales Force for outdated KYC
  Key relationships will be formed with;
• Sales (the role is fully integrated into the European Sales team)
• Clients (reporting often generates questions that need to be answered)
• KYC team (to help Sales on-board or recertify clients)
• Client Service team (to facilitate smooth client activity)
• Portfolio Managers (when facing questions that require their technical skills)
  
  Previous financial markets experience is required, as is a good level of Excel and powerpoint skills
