- Provide appropriate support to the Private Client Investment Managers, liaising with the team and clients on a daily basis
- Day to day handling of client queries and client management
- Prepare investment proposals and presentations to professional connections
- Facilitate the smooth processing of new and existing business
- Support preparation of client reviews, portfolio attribution and attend meetings when needed
- Assist with monitoring the performance and work throughput of the administration, to ensure standards are maintained and deadlines are met
- Provide management information as required
- Understand and comply with regulations and principles applying to the role and procedures
Background experience:
- Previous wealth management private client services experience is essential;
- Good knowledge of business processes and procedures relevant to role
- Communicates professionally with clients and colleagues
- Adapts to change quickly and easily
- Willing to work to obtain qualifications relevant to the role
- Accuracy, numeracy, attention to detail
- Clear and concise communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to meet deadlines/work within restricted timescales
- Ability to work on own initiative to achieve required results
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and Outlook needed
