Job Purpose/Background:
You will be joining the Information Security Cybertech Development team as a full stack software engineer in a global team responsible for developing web applications (Java/Angular), data engineering (Perl/Python) and solutions with third party products.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment that leverages agile methodologies to deliver solutions quickly. You will work directly with the project leads, stakeholders and engineers to understand the problem, determine and design the solution that is both robust and quick to market.
The suite of applications developed and maintained by the team are used to enhance the firm's information security threat detection, compliance, entitlement management architectures and audit assurance programs.
Personal and technical growth is fostered under the mentorship of a group of vastly experienced, technically focused colleagues

Full stack development (front end & back end) Designing and conceptualising options Developing, prototyping and implementation Working with clients to gather business requirements Writing and sharing test specifications Documentation and deployment Operating in an Agile environment Research & Development with new technologies

Ø Good understanding of writing/reading SQL statements

Ø Exposure to Wildfly web servers
Ø Experience working with source control such as git
Ø Testing technology like Junit, Jest and concepts such as mocking

Ø Proficient in Java EE
