My client, a leading wealth manager, are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the team on a permanent basis.
Extensive experience within a digital role is required and experience within the investment management is essential.
This role will involve working with the Marketing team to take ownership of key marketing deliverables in support of my client's business. This role will have a strong emphasis on digital marketing and communications.

This role will involve working with the Marketing team to take ownership of key marketing deliverables in support of my client's business. This role will have a strong emphasis on digital marketing and communications.
Key responsibilities:
Websites
- Corporate website management - regular copy, navigation and functionality updates, ensuring all pages, links and functionality are working with all times.
- Work with marketing team to brainstorm on improvements on the site, and aid in writing copy and executing those improvements. Liaise with external providers and IT as required for fixes and enhanced functionality. Update various sections of the website regularly.
Communications
- Draft and distribute weekly newsletters, regular communications pieces and ad-hoc announcements both internally and externally using our online communications platform
- Creation/distribution of a variety of content (including writing copy, proofing copy, sourcing imagery, distributing final product via email/website/portal/social platforms.)
- Take responsibility for writing and reviewing content, with strong attention to detail
- Manage communications database (liaise with IT to keep distribution lists up to date) with consideration for GDPR and data privacy
- Social media development and execution as part of corporate communications plan
- Regular reporting and analysis on communications engagement results/feedback/analytics
- Communicate and publicise ad-hoc press coverage, awards and commendations across our various channels
Digital platform (LiveSocial) management
- User Management and set-up for key Digital Marketing Platform (LiveSocial)
- Onboarding and training of new LiveSocial users
- LiveSocial system configuration
- Coordination and delivery of best practise webinars
- LiveSocial Support query handling
- Social post and Communications reviews
- Production and analysis of reports
Marketing Materials
- Assist Marketing team in keeping investor, introducer and business development marketing materials up to date and accurate i.e. updating quarterly stats and ad-hoc updates.
Specialist and Technical Knowledge
- Corporate Marketing experience essential
- Full proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Full proficiency in WordPress CMS or similar
- Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS desirable
- Interest in evolving digital marketing trends and best practices
Attributes and Qualifications
- Experience in a marketing role in financial or professional services essential
- University degree or equivalent qualification in Digital Marketing preferred
- A keen demonstrable interest in digital innovation / digital transformation
- A strategic and analytical mindset that seeks out data
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentational
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cohesively as part of a team, as well as independently
- Sound project management, administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a very high standard of accuracy
- Flexibility to work unusual hours on occasions as and when required
- Friendly, optimistic, energetic and confident individual
