Detailed analysis of targets including valuation and peer analysis
Market research and competitor analysis
Valuation and financial analysis
Day-to-day process coordination and communication with clients and other advisers
Assist in the drafting of transaction documentation
Processing of documents for internal project approvals
Profile
Track record in financial services
Experience working in a Financial Institutions team in an investment bank essential
Track record in relevant M&A and advisory experience
Hands on experience managing and leading day to day transactions
Strong financial modelling skills
