Key Responsibilities
  • Working with Asset Management and Finance to provide insights into asset management strategy and the financial performance of assets and asset owning entities.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, benchmarking and scenario modelling
  • Analyse the performance of actual against budget/forecast and monitoring KPI's, and market indices
  • Evaluation of letting transactions and capital and operating expenditure projects
  • Support decision making by providing timely and meaningful insights on asset performance
  • Working towards streamlining the budgeting and reporting process
  • Assisting in the preparation of Board Packs and other reporting
  • Ad hoc analysis on demand

With a background of a minimum of 3 years' experience, ideally in the Real Estate or Fund Management industry, you should have had exposure in modelling and appraising fund level and asset level performance.

If you can demonstrate experience of appraising enhanced asset value initiatives in complex, high profile assets and/or portfolios within a publicly listed or privately owned property company or institutional property investment company, family office, REIT or fund.
