The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Client Integration Team. In this role, you will work closely with the internal Product and Technology teams to design and build the configuration capabilities within the Client Integration teams. You will be a key part of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Implementations to support the appropriate setup of the Screening Solution.

What you'll do

Key responsibilities in this role will include (but not be limited to):
  • Build a good understanding of the Alert Generation, Alert Disposition and Alert Investigation functionalities including the configuration capabilities
  • Work closely with the Product and Technology teams to design and build the configuration capabilities within the Client Integration teams
  • Work with the Delivery Manager to incorporate the configuration activities into the implementation plans
  • Work closely with Client Integration Analyst to ensure Product Configuration Documents provide sufficient details for configuration to be set up for each FI
  • Build and maintain configuration-specific documentation to support clients in production
  • Work with the product team on building out reusable components or product enhancements to support client configuration requirements

What you'll need
  • Experience in product management in transaction screening
  • Experience in payment solutions and screening requirements
  • Experience working on projects supporting delivery to multiple clients or stakeholders
  • Experience using Teams, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in tracking key delivery milestones and reporting progress against the plan
  • Experience in working with a distributed team
