Job Purpose Statement

Where you'll fit in & what our team goals are...

You will be responsible for overall program strategy, management and end-to-end process ownership and execution of employee mobility and moves which may be related to our talent strategy, short-term business assignments or alternative work arrangements.

You will partner at all levels, with business leaders, regional HRBPs, talent acquisition, COEs, employees and external vendors to lead and improve the experience around employee mobility.

This is a fantastic opportunity that Includes managing, counseling, and coordinating all aspects of employee moves to ensure compliance in the areas of pay, mobility taxation, immigration, compensation, benefits, relocation, risk and legal.

Role Responsibilities

How you'll spend your time....
  • Research and stay educated on trends and legislation changes that impact employee mobility and moves to ensure market alignment and compliant program administration
  • Manage the intake and assessment process for requests that include a mobility component to ensure consistency and compliance on a global scale.
  • Offers program management by collaborating with internal partners and external consultants to review requests for impact to payroll, mobility taxation, compensation, benefits, immigration, legal and risk.
  • Recommend approach to mobility based on completed assessments and cost analysis.
  • Responsible for tracking mobility data points needed to ensure accurate pay, taxation, benefits and variable compensation payments.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure all stakeholder needs are documented within the end-to-end employee mobility and moves process and standard operating procedures.
  • Mange our external mobility partners related to relocation and mobility tax. Act as a liaison to ensure all activities related to vendor risk assessment are completed in a timely manner.
  • Oversee budget and plan related to mobility third party vendors
  • Drive ongoing operational efficiencies related to mobility; manage change and educate partners and stakeholders on evolving mobility process and business impacts.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve the mobility experience.


Key Capabilities

To be successful in this role you will have....
  • Extensive experience in global mobility (relocation, immigration and/or mobility tax)
  • History with leading and advising multi-jurisdiction taxation related to employee mobility or business travel
  • Experience operating collaboratively in a matrixed organization providing mobility consultation within multiple regions; preferably for U.S., EMEA, APAC, and India
  • Knowledge of mobility best practices, lifecycle, and methodologies
  • Experience with managing mobility related vendors, specifically relocation and tax consultants
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work self-sufficiently and take initiative
