Experience required:
What you will be doing (day to day):
- Experience in alternative investment asset classes which will include Real Estate and all that come within that umbrella
- Ability to use accounting systems with property
- Business process modelling
- Basic SQL skills
What you will be doing (day to day):
- Defining TOM
- Developing To-Be processes with stakeholders
- System configuration changes that will impact the operations team and owning the documentation associated
- Working alongside owners/stakeholders to produce documentation that will support the implementation of changes.
