Responsible Investment Analyst
Level: 5
Department: Quilter Investors, Investment Team
Location: London, England
Contract type: Permanent, Hybrid
As Responsible Investment Analyst you will report into and work closely with to the Head of Responsible Investment, supporting them with management of core projects as well as being a key member of the wider team.
You will use your passion for analysis, researching, and responsible investments to develop solutions tailored to meet the organisation's unique needs. Working in collaboration with the Quantitative Analyst and other Data Specialists will be critical to driving responsible investment measurement and reporting work.
You will support regulatory requirements such as TCFD and FRC and work in collaboration with the RI team to ensure the smooth running of the stewardship programme, including effective tracking and reporting of engagements.
You will have the autonomy to operate with limited oversight whilst ensuring quality output and recommendations are communicated and presented clearly, within a timely manner.

The be the successful candidate you will need to have formal research and project management experience and be collaborative and highly organised, with a passion for responsible investment. Relevant qualifications in this field would be beneficial but not essential.
You will have strong analytical skills including strong attention to detail, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams and a variety of internal and external stakeholders. This includes demonstrable experience of leading research projects, managing, presenting, and analysing different data sets and experience of developing policy, process and procedures.
Ideally you will additionally have a strong understanding of uses of ESG information and data as part of investment processes, developing and maintaining effective procedures manual, and investment reporting.
