Senior Performance Analyst - Asset Manager

Miryco Consultants are currently working with an Investment Manager looking for a high-achieving Performance Analyst to join their Client Reporting and Performance Team. This is an excellent chance for an Analyst experienced in working with performance data in an asset management environment to step up into a top tier, high-calibre environment.

Responsibilities:

• Producing and analysing monthly and quarterly performance figures for the Client Operations team.
• Comply with validation controls and outlier investigations in Statpro Revolution to quickly and effectively identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Regularly validate performance numbers and establish all performance reconciliations are resolved efficiently and accurately.

Required:

• 2-4 years Operational experience within Asset Management
• Working knowledge of how the investment process operates and awareness of what might impact performance.
• Ability to produce quality, accurate work at high volumes in a high-pressure environment.
• Resilient to changes in process automation and developing business needs.
• Attention to detail.
• An inquisitive and proactive attitude to work.
• Strong problem solving abilities.
• Strong MS Excel proficiency (Vlookups and IF statements)

Location: London (Hybrid working - 2 days WFH, 3 days in Office)
