Resoponsibilities:
• Generate reports including fund pipelines, progress of investors by geography, investor type, fund strategy
• Provide interested investors with access to fund datarooms (i.e. Intralinks) ;
• Update Salesforce database with key investor, and meeting details including follow up notes, feedback, contact details, etc.
• Send diligence packets to specific investors copying appropriate internal team members
• Create meeting agendas for in person, and virtual investor meetings
• Assist in creating marketing plans / market research on funds & investors, using third party vendors incl. Preqin, Pitchbook, etc.
• Craft and refine invitation lists, invitation emails for webinars/events ;
• Assist with investor requests, where appropriate, with Project Management and other teams within the Firm
Ideal Candidate:
• 1-2 years of total experience, preference for financial services / sales experience
• Knowledge of Salesforce (or other CRM system), Intralinks (or other data room system), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and high-performing work ethic
• Self-starter, pro-active initiative to anticipate needs of investors and Senior Relationship Managers
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment with strict deadlines
• Seeking to gain exposure to financial/markets and alternatives including private equity, credit and real assets
• Position offers high exposure to institutional investors, Senior Management, Fund Heads/Portfolio Managers, Senior Relationship Managers
