Associate Private Credit

This Associate role will have more of a focus on structured credit and will spend time on all aspects of the investment process from origination, credit underwriting, structuring, execution and asset management. Example investment areas include: Fund financing, UK secured consumer lending, super senior lending to corporates, residential development finance asset pools and senior lending to esoteric asset pools. In addition, there will be the opportunity to support the team across the whole range of credit investments including co-investment and fund investments.

Your experience

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent
• Post-graduation experience (Associate level) in financial services, ideally through analytical experience in an investment context at buyside investment management, or banking.
• Must have experience in private credit transaction, structured credit. Experience in diligence and structuring of asset backed financing facilities.
• An experience in evaluating a broad spectrum of credit investments would be a plus.
• Have experience in contributing to the scoping of investment due diligence, leading due diligence work streams, and preparing investment committee materials.
• Critical thinker with strong analytical and numerical skills that can be applied to valuation, financial analysis and assessment of investment opportunities. Modelling experience is expected
