The Role: Product Education Analyst - Graduate

The Location: Manchester, United Kingdom

The Team:

Software Solutions (SwS), a business unit that sits within our Market Intelligence division, provides clients with industry leading software and services, covering enterprise data management, investment management, loans software and services and private markets solutions.

The Product Education function aims to elevate the level of knowledge of and engagement with our SwS products for both customers and internal colleagues alike.

What's in it for you:

In your first 12 months of the role, you will specialize in one of our Software Solutions products, assisting the Product and Technical Writing teams in the creation of product documentation, release notes, user stories and additional materials to enhance the learner experience and increase product adoption.

Following that you will have the opportunity to contribute to product education initiatives across all Software Solutions products, including activities such as the onboarding of content onto our online knowledge bases, the continuous expansion of our dedicated Learning Management System (LMS), and maintenance of our AWS-hosted training environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Support product teams in the creation of technical documentation
  • Create user stories that engage our customers with new feature releases in order to drive product adoption
  • Design learning resources (learning pathways, courses, videos, webinars etc.) that inform users on how to get the most out of our products
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to onboard new help articles to our online knowledge base
  • Contribute to the expansion of the learning catalog on Learning Management System (LMS) and publicize its uses for external customer education and internal onboarding

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or equivalent
  • Passion for learning and continuous professional development
  • Keen interest in financial markets
  • Strong critical thinking, writing and problem-solving skills
  • An ability to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment
  • Capable of building strong working relationships in a collaborative setting
UK Eligibility

We're now hiring for 2023 full time roles. We're looking for final year students who are working towards a bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent), and due to complete their studies and be available for a full-time role commencing in 2023.

To be eligible for our UK Graduate positions you must have the right to work full-time now and in the future. We currently do not offer visa sponsorship; however, we do run our programs in several locations across the globe and welcome you to consider those that are relevant to you.
