Private Credit is going through significant growth, and this is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting the administration of our key systems and processes covering the booking and maintaining of our investment portfolio, fee invoicing and other downstream processes.

This role will provide a fantastic opportunity to learn about financial products, primarily credit products in the Private Market Industry, and to contribute to the delivering the innovation that Private Credit is pursuing.

How will you help?

This role will play a key role in enabling the growth of the business by ensuring that we accurately maintain our portfolio of investments on our key systems to ensure accurate reporting and tracking that external parties are carrying out their responsibilities to make payments, as well as to ensure the fees are collected on a timely basis.

As part of this team, your responsibilities will include:

Your will be responsible for:
  • Over time, becoming the subject matter expert on the asset management fee structures within the Private Credit business
  • To work with a variety of stakeholders including client relationship managers, product specialists, legal, finance and the Fund Management teams to understand the potential innovation that can be delivered in fee structures, to support client needs and/or new products.
  • Ensure that the models and systems are kept up to date with the latest agreements with clients.
  • Ensure that the fee calculations are calculated correctly and ensuring the invoices are accurate and submitted on a timely basis, and further than the external parties pay those invoices on time
  • Working with the Fund Management Team, system vendors, administrators, or other external parties to troubleshoot issues with the calculations
  • Working with Finance to ensure that the fees are accurately put through the finance systems, and clarifying any changes that need to be made, plus providing information for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
  • With the Fund Management Team to help resolve any client queries on the calculations.
  • Working with the transformation teams to help uplift and systemise the processes, to minimise manual effort.
  • The role will have the scope to grow into adjacent areas, such as fund administration and reporting, to assist the Fund Management Team delivering on its commitments to clients and in driving innovation.


More about you

This role is an opportunity for an individual who is numeric, organised and an attention to detail to join the Fund Management Team supporting Private Credit within MAM. It will appeal to someone who:
  • Strong numeric ability
  • An analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail
  • You may already have at least 2-3 years-experience in financial or business analytics, or a numeric degree, although this is not essential.
  • A willingness to learn and develop within a growing team, and in an innovative, fast changing business
