Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Requirements:
- The development, implementation and adoption of infrastructure, processes, tools and technology to support and improve the effectiveness of the client office
- The implementation of strategic transformation, including deploying new use cases for existing technology as well as deploying new technology platforms and processes, being responsible for their successful delivery
- A slick planning and budgeting process, working with teams to build and manage a budget aligned to strategy
- The alignment of technology, systems and processes to existing and future business structures
- Coordinated and consulted design processes and ways of working, to ensure effective policies and processes are built, recorded and communicated clearly
- Tight supplier management, supporting the review and approval of new suppliers, vendor performance management and reviews and retendering and direct ownership of vendor relationships where appropriate
- Product owner ownership for selected systems within the martech stack, including a sales enablement platform (Seismic), DAM and approval workflow system ('PARC', powered by Brandworkz), licence, adoption and training management, representation for integrations into other client office digital marketing and business tools, and future-state roadmap planning.
- Ownership of risk for the client office including risk register, marketing-related compliance procedures and business continuity plans
Requirements:
- Knowledge of wealth management and investment management industry
- Experience working in a financial services marketing function, with demonstrable understanding of relevant commercial and regulatory frameworks
- Process management and improvement experience essential, qualification preferred (e.g. LEAN)
- Hands on experience of working with CDP and CRM platforms
- Direct experience of working with Seismic to deploy new use cases and deliver content management and use case deployment preferred
- Experience of Monday.com deployment a huge advantage
- Excellent understanding of marketing planning and budgeting and experience of budget management and reporting
- Numerous examples of ability to deliver project management and business analyst tasks when working on projects (formal qualifications an advantage but not required)
- Flexible approach, able to adapt to changing business landscape and range of priorities
- Naturally collaborative, able to actively listen and problem solve
- Strong influencer able to implement change and ensure stakeholders at all levels understand the direction of travel and the strategic objectives of change
- Knowledge-hungry and innovative, with keen interest in industry technology developments
