Vice President - Real Estate

The Role:

Leading real estate portfolio analytics required for semi-annual and annual strategy reviews for the European RE portfolio including related portfolio data maintenance, analysis and oversight
Coordination of portfolio level data gathering from investment teams and operating partners across the European RE portfolio
Review/prepare documents for compliance with internal investment processes, administrative procedures and compliance policies
Principal point of contact for the Real Estate investment team in relation to portfolio level analytics
Management of research and market updates from third party research providers and support on market analytics for real estate strategy papers and sector insights

Requirements:

Investment management and reporting experience in Europe
Real estate knowledge, including direct, indirect and debt transactions
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort with learning new applications
Proficient at managing a significant volume of data and analytics
University degree in relevant field (business, accounting, property, or similar)
Strong financial and analytical skills, detail-oriented with ability to work independently and manage workstreams
