Committed Advisors, founded in 2010, is an independent global private equity mid-market investment firm, managing over EUR 4.0 billion across secondary (c. 80% of the business), primary fund-of-funds and co-investments. The firm is headquartered in Paris with affiliated offices in New York and Singapore.

In order to support our continued growth, we are looking to hire Investment Analysts for our Paris head office. You will be an integral and valued member of an established and growing team in Paris, and you will also interact with team members in the New York and Singapore offices. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented and experienced team and play a key role in reviewing and executing private equity investments, with a particular focus on due diligences, valuation of private equity funds and portfolio companies, transaction processing, redaction of investment committee materials and presentation to the investment committee, as well as monitoring of underlying investments.

Duties and Responsibilities

The role will provide an enriching experience and opportunity for growth within a dynamic investment firm positioned on an attractive segment of the private equity industry. Main responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing transaction opportunities: secondary transactions (both LP-led and GP-led), co-investments, and primary commitments
• Evaluating the long-term viability of portfolio companies, their respective industries, the market for their products/services, their capital structure and funding needs, and exit strategies
• Assessing the investment strategies, skills and performances of private equity General Partners
• Participating in due diligence meetings with General Partners and portfolio companies' management teams
• Integral part of the team by preparing financial models, contributing to the preparation of investment memorandums and presenting to the Investment Committee
• Contributing to portfolio monitoring and performance tracking, including periodic reporting to investors

Qualifications / Experience

• Prior experience in the finance industry (private equity, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, transaction services, etc.)
• Outstanding academic record (Master's degree from a top Business / Engineering school)
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
• Excellent skills at standard IT tools (including strong excel skills)
• English fluency
• Knowledge of an additional language would be a plus
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• A passion for investing and learning
• Ability to self-start, multi-task and accurately complete projects on time
• Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
