About the role

We're looking for a Transformation Office Analyst to support the Transformation Office to oversee and assure the delivery of HL's multiyear Digitally enabled Change Programme. The role holder works with all business portfolio and delivery teams to provide insight regarding delivery status, risks, issues, and robust benefits tracking and works closely with the Head of Transformation Delivery to manage the overall operating rhythm.

What you'll be doing
  • Supports the Transformation Office to plan, document and manage the strategic annual planning cycle and quarterly re-plans
  • Documents, updates and manages the integrated Roadmap on a monthly basis through constant engagement with delivery leads, product managers, HR and Finance Business Partners
  • Responsible for portfolio level benefits tracking and providing insight
  • Responsible for managing, documenting, and driving the inputs and outputs of the cross Portfolio Planning Forum, including the Investment Committee
  • Act as a key interface to the Finance & HR teams
  • Support and co-ordinate the Transformation Office operating rhythm
  • Gather data and provide performance insight for all areas of the Transformation Roadmap e.g. scope, time, quality, cost, finances, employee & client insight
  • Provide recommendations for Business Transformation continuous improvement

About you
  • Good experience of supporting Transformation Delivery and Strategic Planning cycles in highly regulated industries
  • Ability to facilitate senior management conversations, identify business priorities and drive recommendations based on costs, benefits and delivery risk
  • Demonstrable evidence of planning and assuring complex, digitally enabled, highly dependent change programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior manager level
  • Experience of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Good accounting knowledge and a broad understanding of programme accounting and financial management principles

We are based in Bristol, BS1 5HL. This role is a permanent role and full time. We have returned to the office, however for this role we offer a hybrid flexible working pattern.
