About the role

We are looking for a Transformation Office Manager who will understand delivery status and risks, to create insight and drive actions for the transformation journey. This individual will understand and interpret complex data and summarise in clear, concise and compelling reports. A critical output is needed to identify key insights to drive understanding, alignment and decision making.

What you'll be doing
  • Responsible for managing the regular production and delivery of all Transformation Office reporting for the business, especially ExCo and Board identifying key insights to drive understanding, alignment and decision making at the highest levels of HL
  • Responsible for overall tracking against enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, providing and interpreting data to allow key stakeholders to make informed decisions or to course correct if necessary
  • Manage the development, population, interpretation, and circulation of programme-level dashboards for Transformation to support oversight of strategic outcomes for the transformation journey
  • Enables independent oversight by providing transparency at an enterprise level, reporting to ExCo/Board for clear decision making
  • Maintain effective working relationships with key internal partners (Finance, HR and DCC) and external stakeholders to ensure reporting requirements are met on time and with a high level of accuracy
  • Supporting the transformation office to provide independent oversight during the transformation journey, as necessary


About you
  • Significant experience of producing ExCo & Board reports in highly regulated industries
  • Significant experience working in Portfolio and Programme Management Office functions
  • Broad understanding of Transformation & Change Delivery Frameworks across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies
  • High levels of analytical skills to understand complex programme data and summarise appropriately for ExCo and Board consumption
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Expert in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Word

We are based in Bristol, BS1 5HL. This role is a permanent role and full time. We have returned to the office, however for this role we offer a hybrid flexible working pattern.
