Group Real Estate Facilities Project Manager

The Team:

OSTTRA was formed in 2021 through the combination of four businesses that have been at the heart of post-trade evolution and innovation for the last 20+ years: MarkitServ, Traiana, TriOptima and Reset. OSTTRA is a joint venture, owned 50/50 by S&P Global and CME Group.

Responsibilities:

As the OSTTRA Facilities Project Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of real estate and facilities operations, working with the broader workstreams such as Technology, Integration Management Office, the executive leadership team etc., to ensure that all Corporate Real Estate (CRES) related matters are attended to. As well as experience in facilities and CRES you are also able to plan and manage projects autonomously, providing clear written and verbal updates as required.

The role is varied, reporting into the Head of Finance and you will have responsibility for all aspects of operational and day to day tasks such as health & safety assessments, risk mitigation and office management; you will also have exposure to longer term project related tasks arising from CRES strategy including office moves/demise, restacks etc.

You will be a very clear communicator, acting as a central point of contact/information for other employees in other global locations who also have a level of local responsibility for facilities tasks, maintain relationships with our parental organisations and collate and track requests and issues from each country.

Deliverables
  • Office BAU - day to day operations including tasks such as management of couriers/postal services, desk allocation including both permanent (using CAD system) and hot-desking (using Condeco or other system management tooling)
  • Health & Safety- develop and populate appropriate documentation containing all H&S tasks, the related process and associated date & frequency that it should be completed in
  • Project Management - Understand and manage all longer-term / larger tasks in an appropriate manner, ensuring effective resource and task management and clear communications; hosting project and update calls as and when required and producing project plans in a timely manner
  • Real Estate Strategy - Work with the Leadership team, IMO and all other relevant teams to understand and document the existing structure and the real estate strategy as it develops. Execute any changes / requirements based upon the strategy, communicating with all personnel as required
  • Communication - Ensure clear and concise communication on all matters, maintaining relationships with OSTTRA and parental teams with regular updates to relevant teams/working groups
Minimum and Preferred Experience/Skills:
  • 5+ years' experience working in a CRES / facilities role for an appropriately sized organisation in relation to OSTTRAs headcount and
  • Exposure to an environment which has a global footprint, including APAC and US
  • Managed projects involving multiple locations and teams, using a clear and proven methodology
  • An understanding of the requirements of the modern workplace, including working from home, health & safety, DSE etc.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels
