Key Responsibilities:
Your Skills and Experience:
- You will interface with multiple support, delivery, and business teams around the world to ensure we have an optimised support model, maintaining our ability to deliver to production daily.
- You will develop expert level application understanding across multiple apps, to ensure rapid trouble shooting and root cause analysis.
- You will support other teams, such as Release Management, Application Ownership, Test Automation and Performance on an as needs basis.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting application performance with demonstrated ability to identify, research and analyse technical problems and recommend solutions.
- Strong DevOps experience within building CI/CD processes.
- Strong agile experience and have had experience working in an agile environment.
- Strong communication skills, have had shown experience with liaising with feature teams such as application ownership and release management.
