Chief Investment Officer - Real Estate

Main Responsibilities:

Key member of the Executive Management Team responsible for setting business strategies and goals
Assist with formulating, establishing and implementing investment strategies, including the implementation of financing strategies
Assist the Investment Directors with deal sourcing and relationship management
Utilise previous experience and contacts to provide market information and advice relating to structuring and execution of investments to drive growth and build AUM
Review and analyse investment opportunities presented as part of the investment committee for formal approval
Provide leadership, inspiration and direction
Build, motivate and gain the commitment of a highly competent and professional investment team
Maintain strong relationships with key investors and joint-venture partners

Background

Demonstrable track record of real estate investment across a number of key markets inlcuding the UK and across Europe
Min 15-20+ years relevant real estate investment experience
Demonstrable track record in all asset classes - this could be across logistics, living or commercial assets
Strong experience on operational real estate required
Sound leadership and management skills with impeccable integrity
Demonstrable success in developing, articulating and designing strategies and structures to optimize property/portfolio growth and returns
Fluency in English (essential), additional European language skills (desirable)
