We are seeking a Senior Accountant/Finance Manager to join our fast paced, growing and dynamic business.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping and monthly reporting
- Prepare financial analysis, management reports and annual budgets
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, rules, regulations, and systems of internal control
- create internal accounting policy and regulations, and roll out reconciliation procedures
- Evaluate business performance and prepare variance analysis
- Review and manage the cashflow of the company
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external consultants for tax and other compliance matters as needed
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- 5 years or above of proven experience in an accountant or financial related role in a similar environment in UK
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
- CPA/ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified accountant is preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP
- Knowledge of FCA regulations is a plus
- Previous experience in bank, funds or investment company is preferred
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills
- Pro-active, detail-oriented, organised and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment, multi-task, prioritize works and meet deadline
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and diplomacy
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to speak or write Chinese is a plus
