We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst, Business Technology Liaison to join our Operations team. This role is located in Manchester, UK with a hybrid work model.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Adhere to chapter standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with peers to uphold standards of the chapter/use best practices
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure their teams are prepared for changes
  • Triage and or escalate issues to mitigate client impacts
  • Monitor and facilitate development and implementation of operational readiness plans
  • Must be able to think strategically, globally and be effective in driving solutions
  • Provide input and recommendations for how to improve ongoing project deliverables
  • Takes quick decisive informed action on issues or problems that need escalated
  • Assist in other project tasks as assigned by project lead
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Accountable for ensuring sign-off of requirements from appropriate business partners
  • Assist in other project related deliverables as assigned
  • Drive for results by developing awareness and understanding for initiatives by gaining a solid knowledge base and delivering documentation, communication and presentations to impacted groups to achieve project goals
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships and communicate with key stakeholders
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Process oriented and excellent organizational skills
  • Leading by influencing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of change management strategies
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Flexibility to change course based on business needs and priorities
  • Knowledge of Adult learning principles (preferred)
  • Results driven, quick learner and ability to establish credibility with varied audiences
