Our client, a global investment firm, are currently looking to hire a HR Assistant to join their London office. The firm manage investments across a variety of platforms and industries in order to grow its diverse portfolio, including real estate and growth capital. With offices throughout Europe, including Germany and the UK, the firm are going through an expansion and are looking to add an HR Assistant to their well-established people function.
What the job involves
As the HR Assistant, you will offer support to the senior team members on all HR-related tasks, taking responsibility and in time ownership of key projects across the business. On a daily basis, you will be afforded exposure to a wide range of generalist HR responsibilities, allowing opportunity to learn and develop your skill set. You will also be tasked with:

- Managing the HR system and database
- Assisting senior colleagues with hiring and internship processes
- Supporting employee performance management
- Managing employee exit procedures
- Preparing employee onboarding processes
- Assisting in legal compliance policies
- Completing ad-hoc research tasks and project work for the global HR department
- Experience of working within an HR or talent acquisition team
- University degree in HR Management, business, law, humanities, social sciences or comparable education
- Knowledge or experience of financial services would be beneficial
- Quick comprehension, high motivation and commitment
- Competent in MS office, strong excel and database handling skills
- Proven ability to work at a fast pace and prioritise own workload accordingly
