Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager

London Based Trading firm seek a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager strong knowledge of Fixed Income & in particular, FI Cash and Repo markets, knowledge of post trade processes particularly in relation to confirmation and settlement processes. Experience working with (or within) both Buy and Sell-side firms, recent experience working in an Agile at scale environment, experience in producing technical specification documents. Fundamental understanding of database design, including working knowledge of SQL and proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Slack, WebEx, Monday, Tableau, Teams, etc. Ideally, SAFe certified (ideally TPM/PM). This role will involve translating customer and business needs into user stories, eliciting NFRs and creating artefacts needed to describe the solutions intent, working closely with developers to design the most efficient solution based on requirements, create and maintain client facing specification documents across all integration methods and variations , showcase progress to large groups through demos and walkthroughs. The Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager will be a proven Financial Technology professional and will work with internal stakeholders to define business solutions that meet the needs of the firms Post-Trade Match and Repo community of users, as well as prospective clients.
