Having operated as one of the leading teams within this sector for a number of years, the team are able to boast an enviable list of transactions they have executed. With a strong reputation for working on the more complex deals within the market they operate successfully across all healthcare verticals and have a particular strength in med-tech, pharma and bio-pharma. With one of the strongest names in M&A the team has an enviable track record and presence within the sector and European M&A in general.
Candidates must have a strong M&A skill set from one of the Top Tier Investment Banks, Elite Boutiques (or a sector specialist boutique if it has strong deal flow). You must be able to operate at the Senior Analyst or Associate level and demonstrate a strong execution track record supported by strong modelling and valuation skills. Ideally candidates will have worked on healthcare transactions but candidates with generalist backgrounds with exposure to healthcare would be considered.
