We are looking for a Programme Manager, ideally with a financial services or professional services background. The incumbent will have knowledge and interest in ESG and help shape the Decarbonisation Programme across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• • Understand the inflight and upcoming changes in key business areas

• • Day to day management of the programmes

• • Plan and design 'outcome focused' programmes, monitoring progress against agreed parameters, identifying key risks, resolving issues and initiating timely corrective action

• • Define the programme's governance framework

• • Ensure underlying projects are coordinated

• • Monitor programme's budget, monitoring expenditure etc

• • Liaise with design authority / architecture teams / other IT teams / risk / dependent projects and product teams / suppliers

• • Ensure outputs meet requirements within time, quality, cost constraints (and timely escalation of risks if not)

• • Liaise with 3rd parties / drafting work packages as required

• • Identify and monitor / develop appropriate remedial plans for key project/programme performance (KPIs) and risk (KRIs) metrics.

Key Knowledge:
• Solid programme management skills with exposure to ESG including Decarbonisation, Carbon Zero, Net Zero, CSR or Climate Change
• OKR tracking expertise
• An understanding of the content of current and emerging portfolio of change and how it adds value
• Corporate processes and procedures knowledge (e.g. Governance, Finance, HR, minimum standards)
• Service management concepts knowledge and frameworks an advantage (e.g. ITIL)
