CassonX are delighted to be partnering with this prestigious Digital Financial Services firm, a credible partner to blockchain-centric crypto community and the traditional investment space. This company has received FCA regulation for institutional trading asset-backed tokens, aimed at the professional investor community, thus making them a very established and prominent name already, boasting a top-tier datacentre space . It must be highlighted that this firm is still in scale-up mode, so you must be excited at the thought of growing, launching, and working on many projects to be successful. However, working in this firm is not deemed a risk, but just very exciting and entrepreneurial for the right person. CassonX are ecstatic to be recruiting with this firm.

To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or ICAEW) with proven experience in MI and some experience on working on projects. You must be able or ready to operate at Group Financial Controller level for a small team of 5, where you can lead and control the organisations financial processes and procedures, helping advise and guide them on the best ways and methods to help them continue on their future growth trajectory. Most importantly is you personality - you will be working with those who come from entrepreneurial backgrounds where they are not afraid to challenge processes and thoughts, and take ownership of things that need doing without guidance. It really is a "get stuck in" environment where you would be expected to drive success and delivery autonomously.

You'll be immersed in the world of the finance team, supporting the CFO in providing comprehensive reporting, analysis and insight to support day-to-day operations for all the business, as well as overseeing the Management and Financial Reporting & Transactional team. You will lead and control the organisations financial processes and procedures, helping advise and guide them on the best ways and methods to help them continue on their future growth trajectory.

  • Review and monitor the Business cash flow on a regular basis, ensuring effective management of working capital.
  • Submission and review of Investor reporting.
  • Submission of all statutory reporting and point of contact for year-end Audit / Tax compliance.
