Structured Finance AVP

You will play an important role in the team responsible for origination and execution of Structured Asset Finance transactions of a complex nature, dealing with the following aspects:

• Preparation and checking of Financial Models
• Risk Analysis
• Writing Credit Memos and Transaction Summaries
• Reviewing legal and technical DD reports

This role requires strong analytical, numerical and financial skills, such as using Excel to an advanced level. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in the origination environment, dealing with Project Finance in the Infrastructure sector.
