About the Team
Citi Prime Services Technology supports a rapidly growing business that uses technological innovation to maintain competitive advantage in a constantly evolving market. Working closely with the business, external vendors, and internal technology teams, you would build-out and maintain our next generation prime services platforms. You would manage complex markets regulatory and corporate mandatory projects that will involve everything from incorporating a new functionality within the existing ecosystem, to analyzing new requirements, documenting solutions, managing implementation, and testing systems, ensuring that they are fit for purpose. You would do regularly mandatory work with a range of high-profile stakeholders.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

• Business Analysis, producing project artifacts (such as Business Requirement and Test Strategy documentation) and implementing the defined solution around regulatory and mandatory projects
• You would drive multiple projects simultaneously requiring the ability to multi-task

You will also be:

• Owning business/ functional requirements and change request process, documenting solution and managing end to end project delivery
• Understanding Business priorities and working as a liaison between Business and Development teams
• Managing relationship with Business and taking ownership for providing regular project updates to key business and technology stakeholders
• Communicating key project risks, defining mitigation strategies, and managing resolution
• Developing test strategies, documenting test scenarios, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing across front to back tech stack
• Developing Project Plans and UAT Run books
• Working with development and support teams to resolve production issues and identify root cause

Essential Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis or systems analysis and Project Management
• Experience in Capital Markets products, especially OTC derivatives and Exchange Traded Derivatives
• Financial markets regulatory experience such as EMIR, MIFID2, CFTC, SEC, SFTR
• Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting needs
• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations
• Demonstrated experience writing requirements
• A proven track record of business analysis experience
• A team player attitude
• A strong desire to learn
• Practical experience in analysis, design and project managing end to end delivery
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills
• Flexibility to work with a global team, across geographies and time zones
• Understanding of the SDLC and Agile development
• Demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools
• Proven diplomatic and analytical skills

Desirable Skills

• CFA would be an advantage
• Ability to query large datasets using tools such as SQL, Power BI, any scripting language
