They are looking for an Associate to focus on screening and executing new deals across Europe. What the job involves

• You will support the senior team on all elements of the investment process with a core focus on deal evaluation and execution
• You will be responsible for building complex financial models as well as undertaking commercial due diligence on a broad variety of businesses and funds
• You will also be responsible for building relationships with private equity funds and LPs in the community

Who we are looking for

• You will have analyst level, M&A advisory experience from a leading investment bank
• Additional European languages are a significant plus
• You must have excellent financial modelling skills
• You will have exceptional verbal and written English language skills
• You will have a demonstrable interest in the private equity secondaries space
