Primary Responsibilities

• Planning and Implementation of onboarding funds/ assets on current Analytics/Reporting Infrastructure.

• Contribute to the development of key Fund and Portfolio Company analytics such Performance Tracking, Outcomes Analyses.

• Lead reporting on fund / asset performance.

• Assist with the build out of data and analytic capabilities to support the strategy.

• Help build and design enhanced data visualization and data insight.

• Work closely with the team to continuously enhance data quality and improve system/processes.

• Deliver on ad-hoc requests to various stake holders (COO, Deal Team, Marketing, Investor Relations, etc.)

• Responsible for administration and maintenance of key data set and data platforms (iLEVEL).

• Assist broader Controller's team with key monthly and quarterly deliverables.

• Lead, plan and deliver tactical solutions, projects and tasks to support the team.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's and/or Master's/MBA degree from top rated institution.

• Experience in financial services, investment management, or financial accounting with a solid understanding of Company fundamentals

• Highly organized, crisp attention to detail, and ability to distill and synthesize large data sets needed

• Proven ability to slice, manage and work between and around complex and large data/excel files

• Strong interpersonal and effective written and verbal communication skills required

• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Access, Macros, Power Point, Share Points are desired.

• Knowledge of investment performance measurements (IRR, TWR, ROE) and iLEVEL system preferred

• Comfortable with team environment and is flexible with job responsibilities

• Ability to foresee risks and roadblocks to task completion and escalates when circumstances are merited

• Can adapt and excel in rigorous and fast-paced work environment and can be flexible with work hours
