A highly regarded boutique Investment Management Company.
The Role
This is a great role for a Fees Specialist with extensive knowledge of client data fees management within an Investment Management business, end-to-end trade processing and double entry book-keeping.
The Fees Analyst will implement and oversee a new client Fees Management process for the Investment Management firm and must be able to demonstrate understanding of the Operational environment.
The Fees Analyst will sit within the Data Management team in a stand-alone role, managing and overseeing the entire operational fee process each quarter.
The Fees Analyst will perform ongoing monitoring to identify any incorrect client fee set ups, to identify fees which are at detriment to the client , and ongoing monitoring to assure staff account fees are in line with company policy.
The Fees Analyst will manage the client fee discount / fee holiday approval process for new and existing clients.
The Fees Analyst will manage the fee discount process for IFA firms to ensure a consistent approach across the firm.
The Fees Analyst will maintain the fee discount register and review on a quarterly basis with the Head of Front Office and Front Office Team Heads
The Fees Analyst will monitor and identify enhancements to existing reporting in order to maintain exception reports - identifying gaps in the fee discount approval process for existing clients.
The Fees Analyst will monitor and manage the process for all fee amendment requests.
The Fees Analyst will become a subject matter expert in the process/function and implement a control framework with regular exception and MI reporting.
The Candidate
3-5 years' minimum Client Fees experience within Wealth Management or Financial Services with excellent understanding of all Operations processes.
Competent in all MS Office products - especially Excel
Knowledge of Figaro system - desirable
Essential - Very strong conceptual, analytical, judgment and communication abilities
Highly numerate and accurate with an investigative approach to problem solving.
