An award winning Accounting Practice is seeking to recruit an Employment Tax Manager to join their growing team, offering up an excellent platform for progression and development!

Morgan McKinley is supporting a leading Accounting Practice in London in their recruitment for an Employment Tax Manager on a permanent basis.

Located in an easily accessible location in London, offering flexible working (hours and days) and excellent benefits, this award winning Accounting Practice are seeking to recruit due to continued organic growth.

As an Employment Tax Manager you will be responsible for managing a varying portfolio that is challenging, complex, interesting and is a position where you can expand on your advisory skills.

As Tax Manager you will be responsible for:

• Manage a portfolio of clients providing advisory and all Employment Tax related compliance matters
• Ensure the delivery of high quality and technically excellent work
• Support in the development of more junior members of the team
• Proactively win work through the management of existing clients, and by business development and marketing to external leads

You will have demonstrable experience in Employment Tax, either gained solely in Practice, or a mix of Practice and In-house. You may be qualified in a relevant qualification such as CTA, ATT, ACA and be a confident communicator and team leader.
