Audit Manager - Not For Profit team (NFP)

Are you an ambitious and driven Qualified Accountant looking to join a top firm's Not for Profit team (NFP)? Morgan Mckinley is working with a top 30 firm, With a fantastic London office in Central London. They are looking for an Audit Manager to join the NFP team and lead a busy portfolio of clients. The firm have fantastic offices overlooking the Thames, do not work long hours and, being a single office firm, have a brilliant working and social culture as well as a long term hybrid working policy.

The ideal candidate has the work-based competencies of a qualified accountant and a working knowledge of charity tax, as well as the behavioural competencies of strong communication skills, the ability to work with staff and clients at all levels, and the ability to produce high quality business reports. They must also be a team player with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work and work to tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall service delivery to clients including attending and leading client meetings, providing general business advice to clients, tendering for new clients, and supervising, mentoring and managing audit staff.
