The Role
• Through a proactive, collaborative, team-oriented approach, source, initiate and drive value add asset management initiatives across the investment portfolio.
• Execute value-add investment opportunities. including the analysing, forecasting and modelling of relevant cash flows, and presenting of proposals for approval.
• Develop and review all asset level business plans to optimise the property portfolio, key part on service charges, manage and agree leasing material to a high standard.
• Coordinate and maintain oversight of all asset management initiatives across the property management agents, refurbishments &developments, and leasing events, deploying members of the team.
• Create and enhance market relationships with agents, owners/principals and tenants
• Manage related third parties, e.g. consultants, managing agents, contractors, etc.

The Ideal Person:
- Team player, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills for effective collaboration, while also being able to be self sufficient and use common sense.
- A passion and keen interest in property and comfortable to take a "hands on" approach.
- MRICS qualified with one to five years' commercial asset management experience.
- Financially numerate, with strong proven understanding of valuation techniques, cashflow modelling, and data analysis.
- Strong ability to manage agents, oversee and agreeing leasing agreements with an understanding of project and property management.
