Corporate Strategy and M&A, Associate

This is a Strategic role, offering excellent exposure, helping to shape the direction of a leading Global Brand. You will report into the Global Head of Product and Corporate Strategy, responsibilities to include:

• Multi-year Corporate Strategy and Business Planning Projects with senior management
• Market Research and Competitor Analysis
• M&A transactions including modelling
• C-Suite Level reporting and presenting

Ideal background:

• Excellent systems skills including modelling
• Knowledge of Bloomberg, BroadRidge, MorningStar, eVestment databases preferred
• Outstanding academics
• Excellent communication skills
