Job Description
  • Assisting and supporting senior staff in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of best-in-class Compliance, programs, policies and practices for ICRM.
  • Assisting with investigations, reconciliation procedures and preparing routine correspondence.
  • Assisting with regulatory inquiries and/or examinations.
  • Creating and maintaining reports for control, tracking, and analysis purposes and ensuring appropriate and secure retention of documents.
  • Preparing, editing and maintaining Compliance program related materials.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets.
  • Support the risk assessment program within Citi and region including governance, oversight and reporting of Global Risk and Controls (GRC), Management Control Assessments (MCA) and Technology Risk Assessment Dashboard.
  • Support Risk and Controls in governance and processes around laws and regulations including Cross-border, Data Privacy and SOX programs.
  • Actively identify control deficiencies through technology self-assessment testing, risk and control initiatives, and BAU meetings/discussions. Monitor progress of corrective action plans.
Team/Function Overview:

You will sit in the International Clients Group (ICG) Technology Risk and Control team to drive the agenda of designing, implementing and monitoring control framework and contribute to Effective Management Control Assessment. You will report to ICG MCA Manager and a key member of the risk team responsible for ensuring that ICG Technology meets its strategic risk management goals .

Knowledge/Experience:
  • Experience performing IT Business Analysis, Project Management, or similar work required.
  • Experience in Audit, Information Security or Risk Management.
  • Awareness and execution of the Managers Control Assessment (MCA), or other technology self-assessment processes is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in Production Support and Application Development roles is an advantage.
  • Understanding of at least one infrastructure area
  • Experience of working with CITMP/CISS

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Be able to handle pressure and prioritize within tight deadlines while maintaining total accuracy.
  • Ability to influence others and quickly earn the confidence of others.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data, decipher items meaningful to the development unit covered, and determine corresponding risk.
  • Ability to plan, organize, monitor workloads and priorities across multiple groups
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
